Pictures from Cambodia

Khmer are often impressed by my height, not always favorably.  During the recent Water Festival, I walked past a mother and her three-year old boy.  The boy saw me and started screaming.  He clung to his mother’s leg in terror until I was well away from them.

A fortune-teller working with a deck of playing cards across the road from the shrine pictured below.  Some random guy is checking out the action; Khmer aren’t shy about spectating.

A little shrine in the middle of the road.

  1. Wow, what an interesting place! How long have you been living there?

  2. Lol. I would never take a picture with you esp if your hands is on my head. I’d surely look like a cane. :P
